Chris and I were able to go to Phoenix this last weekend because Chris and his friend Jaron were doing a race called the Muddy Buddy. The race was a 5 mile circuit with obstacles that you do with a buddy, because one person rides their bike as the other runs, once you get to the first obstacle the buddies switch, so the person who was running now rides the bike and the biker begins running. This continues through the whole race until the end when the buddies have to crawl through a giant mud pit together. It was so awesome, and hilarious. The teams were also required to have a team name. The name that Chris and his friend chose was Badaradicaldudical Guys, there was also a costume contest as part of the race as well. I think they speak for themselves.

Christmas Tree
Every year on Thanksgiving weekend, we go up to Idaho to cut our Christmas Tree. My grandma lives up there and it is fun to go and get our tree. After a long search this year we finally found one.
This is our tree right after we cut it down. Thanks to my awesome sister, who is the only one who had a camera on this adventure.
This is the tree all decorated. They always look better in the forest before you cut them down, but it's still fun.
Thankful
I am so thankful for so many things. I realize that I am a little late in getting this post up but the time has just gone by so fast and the holiday came and went and now it's already December 2nd and I know that it will continue to fly by, but I wanted to take a second and share the things that I am thankful for. First my wonderful husband, who works so hard, and loves me so much. I am also grateful to the rest of my family and for all of their support. I am thankful for all of the opportunities that I have. And that we live in such a great country. There are so many things that I am thankful for, but I could write forever and not be able to include them all.
